[+] Tyneshia on EIDSON v. ARENAS
This is unfortunate. Maybe if this plaintiff was better organized with the proof needed to win, the defendant's wouldn't feel like they can continue these type of practices.

Exposing neglect to report Fraud on the Federal Court by Court Officials On December 15, 2014, the Government Accountability Office made a referral on the wrong doing of an illegal payment by the United States Treasury to pay a former Federal District Court Judge named Patricia J. Boyle to commit the crime of Fraud on the Federal District Court Eastern District of Michigan Southern Division in Detroit, Michigan. The referral was made to the Inspector General Investigations Division United States Department of Justice. This illegal payment of the United States Treasury cause contamination in the National Archives and Records Administration in Chicago, Illinois in the Archivist is too far away from the legal requirement of accurate records keeping in being unable truthfully to place a seal to authenticate a lying Federal Docket Card 82-71077-DT concealment of the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle. This illegal payment of the United States Treasury is an abuse of and waste of Taxpayer dollars: N

[+] Jan Kelley on KELLEY v. GEORGIA-PACIFIC CORP.
My husband, Alton R. Kelley and I were the plaintiffs in this lawsuit. Let me be clear. There was never a meeting between my husband, Jimmy Branch, and Robert Wolfe. Therefore, he never could have reported that this meeting was conducted in a civil fashion. There was no meeting!!!!
[+] Mollie Clark-Morgan on CARTER v. ROSENBECK
Unfortunately Farmer City has a history of allowing their off duty officer to engage in on duty activities without taking responsibility for his mistakes.
[+] Jim Clinefelter on LIGHTHORSE v. CLINEFELTER
Let me add my own two cents here. Ann Lighthorse took advantage of my father during the time of my parent's divorce. Before the divorce, my father attempted suicide for something like the forth time, and was on heavy antidepressants during the time he wrote Ann into his Will. Put plainly, Ann took advantage of my father. Dad routinely came into our home, and took things away...papers, antiques, this and that. It was a seriously crazy time. The blame for that rests on the shoulders of the doctors who prescribed whatever bad juju they were giving my father. My mother is ultimately responsible for my father's demise. Her unwillingness to compromise, and her holier-than-thou attitude and greed basically broke my father's heart. Her claim to any mineral rights is laughable. Those rights should have gone to myself and my sisters. A sad story indeed. My father was a delightful, brilliant man. He deserved better.

Connor was Correct And The Appeals Court Did Fail To Bow To the Supreme Law Of The Land(U.s. Supreme Courts) e executed an acknowledgement of paternity under R.C. 3111.23, which was never rescinded and thus became a final and enforceable determination of parentage, rather than a mere presumption of paternity under R.C. 3111.03. [+] Mary Matthews on MATTER OF SADWIN
I find this case very interesting because it's surprising to me that a veterinarian would not be responsible for handling a dog properly and the chance of being bit is part of the job. Gornall may be a litigious nuisance, and more. He now lives on Vashon, WA. and is responsible for harassing me and stalking my friend, and I would like to be contacted by anyone who has had serious unhappy encounters with him--not by people who just don't like him.

[+] Martha Lofton on SEIFI v. MERCEDES-BENZ U.S.A., LLC
I Martha Lofton would like to be a participant in this lawsuit. I'm having a balance shaft problem. I brought my vehicle to be checked. I was charged almost $700.00. I explained to them the problem . The service person Dan was talking about changing me a whole lot of money until I Google BALANCE SHAFT and confronted him with it. I want you to know I'm into my second week. Dan stated " I'm waiting for the regional managers' so I want have to charge you so much. Someone needs to send an undercover person to that place.

[+] Maureen Crescenti on ROGERS v. ARTUZ
Sandy was a young lady filled with so much love. She lit up a room every time she walked in. It has been 20 years that she has been gone & on some days it feels like yesterday that she was taken away from us. Juan not only brutally murdered our Sandy but confessed along with bragged about it to his friend. He shot her twice in the head & once in the chest. You tell me, is this a person that is worthy for forgiveness?? What if she was your child or friend? Why the courts would allow him to appeal so many times is beyond me. This was not an accident, it was brutally planned. There should be no appeals & he should have to serve his entire life term. If this was an accident I could understand but this was no accident!!! He planned her death, so therefore how could you allow someone like this to walk our streets again? Sandy was my very best friend and I will NEVER forget her. I will fight for her until God decides it's my time. Sandy will never be forgotten she is w us always!!
