Yeah this is a joke. I never agreed to probation based on the terms of a restitution hearing. This is bs i never stole from her. I loved Kennedy. She was a grandma to me. This case ruined my life. Oh plus she already stated that she gave me authorization to use the card and under federal banking regulations once a peron give the pin code to the account the user of it has previous authorization an acess to the account. Then all unatheized acess eliminated.

I was a childhood friend of Kiva's. I find what happened to her to be horrifying. I hope this man never is released or other men like him. It takes a real black heart to commit such a crime. My heart goes out to Kiva's sister Kether and her mother. My prayers are with the family.

I was aropund during that time and error. I saw head (Jerome Murray) with Alissa and Melondy Long that night on 107th and Cottage grove. that much is true. I dont think my Brothern got a fair trail. He was railraoded by the crooked state by not allow important witness statements be placed n record.m Another thing, they did a test to see if he fired a guun but , Dont see the results of that test. if he had gun powder on him, it would be in big print. But since its not mentioned any more after taking test, its safe to assume that he was clear iof gun powder residue.

[+] Stefka Velinova on PEOPLE v. MARTINDALE
I needed a loan and VEDC refused without a reason, I pay everything on time, never late. However if they don't like someone they don't give a loan no matter what: collateral or good credit history or proof of business, they will find a reason to refuse the loan.
[+] A F Blair Jr on A.F. BLAIR CO., INC. v. HAYDEL
My attorney is dead, so I can criticizer his procedure. My attorney failed to ask the Bank' loan person: "When Mr Blair called to get a letter that you were financing the doctor's loan, did you mention that you were only loaning 90%" (Answer NO). When Mr Blair went to your bank to asked for a letter on financing the loan did you state that you would only guarantee 90%. (Honest Answer) "No". When you sent a letter to Mr Blair stating yo were financing the loan, did you state you would only loan 90%. When Mr. Blair called to tell anther condition must be in the letter, did you mention on 90%, When you wrote the modified letter, did you mention that your would only guarantee 90% (No again). With myself at testimony) Attorney asks, If the bank had issued a letter saying they would only be responsible, would you have accepted that. Answer, No, nor would my bonding company have issued a performance and payment bond. nor the Insurance Agent Certificates of Insurance. And more! Blai

[+] Lynda Williams on GIBSON v. VON OLNHAUSEN
" now over ten years of age, was happy and well-oriented in his father's home, and that his welfare would be best served by not being uprooted by a change of custody." Such a lie. My dad hated living with his father. My grandfather was a cruel man who sexually abused his step daughters. What a big mistake these people made. It was because his mother had the audacity to move on that she was punished for leaving this abusive monster. Sadly, it was my dad who suffered the most at the hands of the misogynist courts who could not let a woman in 1945 decide her own fate by leaving a sick man. How dare she actually fall in love with a good man and leave this monster?

[+] jerry alicea on LaFOUNTAIN v. STATE
I know Floyd LaFontaine personally he did not commit the murder and he should not spend the rest of his life in prison for murder he did not commit. Yes you was there yes he is sorry that he was there he is very remorseful and takes responsibility for his actions. I believe a second chance is in order as he is a very bright young man with a lot of potential of serving society better than he would behind bars. not only is mr. LaFountain suffering the indignity of incarceration but so are his ailing mother and father who suffer daily from having their son taken away from them for a mistake that he has paid dearly for. the courts need to reexamine these laws and give these young people a second chance exclamation
[+] Isjusticefair4all on OROZCO v. WILSON
A careful read of the transcript of the case, the matters complained of on appeal, and the Opinion of the PA Superior Court once again raises grave concerns about whether or not the Superior Court judges actually read the material submitted by the litigants or just rely on the 15 minute oral arguments to base their decisions. This example also raises concerns about the unchecked power granted to the lower court judges by the practice of "rubber stamping" opinions. This case and its outcome is another blatant example of the massive judicial failures by the Superior Court in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It demonstrates once again how Kids for Cash situations and judicial incompetence are allowed to occur to the detriment of litigants and the public. A carefully read of the case testimony/transcript and review of the evidence presented draws immediate concerns for the child at the center of this case and the state of justice in PA. The judicial opinions are contrary to facts
