This is an action for damages brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S. C.A. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680. The complaint alleges that, prior to September 16, 1950, the employees of the United States erected a road block or obstruction across John Rodgers Road at a point intersecting a runway of Hickam Field, a United States military airfield.
