Alton Kelley filed suit against Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Jimmy Branch alleging retaliation under Title VII and outrage under Arkansas law.1 The District Court granted summary judgment in favor of Georgia-Pacific on Mr. Kelley's Title VII claim.
