[+] Carolyn Spencer on PEOPLE v. HOOD
Knowing Linda from a young girl on and attending grammar and high school with her, she was always a mean, egotistical and deliberate person. I believe she was fully responsible for killing her daughter as her actions of pre-planning keeping her child at home, clearly show. Her defense of insanity and/or depression is absurd.

Another addition to the exhaustive list of homeowner screwed by judges and lawyers. His own council at that. Although its not really the judges fault, I would like to think if it didn't happen she would take into consideration the past patterns and practices of bad behavior and fraud upon court by these habitual offending entities and not let them off so easy

[+] Dennis on McKEE v. LAURION
In response to a newspaper article about David McKee MD V. Dennis Laurion, Dr. McKee, founder of Northland Neurology and practitioner at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota, said that money is money, and he wouldn't remember the impact in five years. I wrote my review of Dr. David McKee five years ago. I can't speak for Dr. McKee, but I still remember the impact. This entire experience has been distressing to my family. We were initially shocked and blindsided by “jocular” comments made so soon after my father’s stroke by somebody who didn’t know us. The financial impact of being sued three years to date has been burdensome, a game of financial attrition that I haven’t wanted to play. The suit cost me the equivalent of two years' net income - the same as 48 of my car payments plus 48 of my house payments. My family members had to dip into retirement funds to help me.

[+] Marianne Kammerud on IN RE KAMMERUD
This article's bold type reads in present tense language that these student loan balances are still owing. In fact they were repaid in full many years ago. If you read the judge's orders they clearly show that the student loans were not included in the bankruptcy proceedings and were required to be paid. Is there not some way you can update your web site to show a fair reading of the facts?
[+] Rosalind Roberson on PEOPLE v. LOWE
First, this was not a jury trial; it was a bench trial; Second, there were several eye witness that testified that it was not self defense both men were unarmed! Mr Lowe went upstairs to his bedroom, retrieved a handgun can back downstairs and shot both victims point blank, leaving both for dead. He dragged Mr. Chaney to the back door to dispose of his body, leaving the brother in the living room on the floor with a gun shot wound to the back of the head. failing to lock the front door back after letting the two eyewitness go, Mr Chaney realize he was not gravely injured, ran out of the unlocked front door and flagged down the police for help. So for this conviction to be overturned and never retried is a ms carriage of JUSTICE!!!!!!

It is amazing that this is still on the internet as Walt died on March 8th, 1989. Anyway I was an old friend and customers of Walt. And that till the end he was a great salesman but a horrible businessman. Unfortunatly, considering that Walt thru his store Woodland Stereo was probably more responsible for the success of Infinity than any other individual. And that includes Arnie Nudell. Just ask Arnie if you do not believe me.

[+] Michele Wolfe on SHUFFLEBARGER v. GALLOWAY
I was a former patient of Dr. Shufflebarger and had multiple surgeries with him in the past. On my 3rd surgery with him at the end of Dec. 1995, I, too, almost passed away (Code Blue) during a 14 hr spine surgery (he chose to do my surgery while coming down with chicken pox), but luckily only suffered brain damage (frontal lobe) when all was said and done...however, that info was kept from me by the hospital and his team. He eventually wrote me off as a patient. Is there a way I can find out more in regards to this particular case? Thank you!
[+] Michael F voss on VOSS v. STATE
After recieving the above ruleing from the Honorable 2DCA. I refiled my motion with the lower courts. At the time I was in prison,So after months of waiting for an answer Judce Nancy Moate Ley rubber stamped the 2DCA ruleing. She didnt address the issue of showing any record conclusively demonstrateing I would of been sentenced in the same fashion. In my opinion she thumbed her nose at the 2DCA ruleing.I have now been out of prison for over ten years,I own my own business,Im happily married, own my condo, and am very fortunate .After being snubbed by Judge Ley ,My family was kind enough to hire a lawyer to file my motion with the lower court along with the 2 DCA ruleing so hopefully she would not be able to ignore their fundemetal errors .After waiting over a year for Michael Robinson esquire to file my motion along with the 2DCA ruleing ,I filed a complaint against Mr. Robinson with the bar asso.A year after he failed to do his job.Its now been over ten years since my release.Any help PLS
