[+] Fred on U.S. v. BOLANAS
Your ignorance has made you bliss! You stated in your comments that: There is simply no trust or contract between Defendant Bolanas and the United States. What you fail to realize, as with most of the country is that, There is indeed a contract between EVERYONE and the united states. They made it for you without your consent or knowledge creating a trust that they can refer to you as the All caps corporation entity and sold your birth certificate making you the collateral to be traded.
[+] omotayo saka on SIMPSON v. ERNST & YOUNG
Even though it appears that the court made the right decision in deciding that Simpson was an employee and not a partner, the observations made in the footnotes above also seems to show that there are other areas of dispute that were not dealt with. An example of such resolved gray areas is the retirement plan of Ernest & Young that included both CPAs and non-CPAs.

[+] Sakinah Wright on BROWN v. STATE
I just seen this case on LOCKUP..considering the time frame and Mr. Brown's age he should receive a second chance at life. At the time of his trial he was just a child who needed help. Jail/prison is it always the answer.
[+] Mary on DAY-PETRANO v. NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY
In this decision, the District Court overturned the Erie doctrine, Erie R.R. Co. v. Tompkins, 304 U.S. 64, 78 (1938), by applying "federal common law" of insurance to a rear end collision governed by the Florida Supreme Court's controlling authority in Birge v. Charron, No. SC10-1755 (Fla. Nov. 21, 2012) . This decision has created CHAOS.

Well....... this just tells me that the IRS can do what ever they want. Is this America or a dictator country?? I can't believe that pot stores can't be taxed like any other stores that sells anything. And it also tells me that the government has found a way to get richer. I'm moving to Holland.
[+] Carmine DeFazio on INTERNATIONAL BROTH. OF TEAMSTERS v. LOCAL 810
I worked for a company that was covered by this union local. I worked for over 24 years. when I recently applied to take an early pension I was informed that the pension fund was in "critical condition". When my Chinese friend , Wing drove me to Long Island City to deliver my application, I spoke to an employee of the local who claimed that there was no such corruption at the union. I was told however that the amount that I would receive would be much less than I expected if anything. Aren't these people personally accountable for the economic damages they have inflicted on me? God only knows how much money they siphoned off to their relatives and cohorts when they had the medical center in Union Square. No show jobs, sinecures , kickbacks etc. . Have not my rights been violated and do I have no legal recourse? If I don't receive a decent monthly amount, I will be looking for answers. These crooks should be made to answer.

[+] Jerry Nowlin on HUFF v. MARYLAND BOARD OF NURSING
AAPD has a history of corruption, I know because I had 22 years with the Police Community Relations Council, I repeatedly told the Governor and State Legislature, they get away with another violation. Specifically, the legislature needs to act, as he legislature requires reporting of information that medical providers become aware of or they too can be prosecuted. The AAPD has such low public opinion that reporting violations is a joke with all the corruption that occurs. I provided a written SWORN admission of assault and he person was not prosecuted.

[+] Hornsby on HORNSBY v. LUFTHANSA GERMAN AIRLINES
I was in Europe to stay alIve for work & medical insurance was suspended being out of USA after six months. I did not have my furniture or anything other than guitar & clothing for work. Took my animals since I would not abandon them for any length of time. I was forced to sell my home of 32 yrs because my life was threatened where I pulled two TROs that would not protect me as I was stalked. Ran out of USA since stalker had my RV to travel here in USA. Had documented witnesses statements with Torrance court. I had contracts to return to Europe after coming back on flight to Los Angeles to attend Grammy events for marketing original music. Today I'm dealing with handicap disabilities because I can not work living below poverty. Law firm took 2/3 settlement lawyer forced me to accept which did not pay all medical doctors treating me after airplane damages to my neck shoulder wrist & spine. I swear this is the truth as I'm trying to just stay alive in constant pain for being honest
[+] Robin L. Walker on WALKER v. MOD-U-KRAF HOMES, LLC
Update: The judge in the trial of April 21, 22,23 would not let my counselor testify before the jury. There were other pertinent witnesses whose testimony was vital in this case who were subpoenaed but did not testify. Who dropped the ball on this one? The defendants attorney's defense was "it's a man's world out there and you pretty much have to deal with it"
