BILL VANCE, Justice.

Ray Lee Gilstrap was charged in two indictments with the attempted capital murder of two peace officers. Gilstrap pled not guilty, but a jury found him guilty in each case and assessed his punishment at imprisonment for fifty years. On appeal, Gilstrap contends (1) the trial court erred in failing to suppress identification testimony and (2) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's verdict. We...
