[+] Rachel a hall on HAYFORD v. MAGELLAN SOLUTIONS USA
Hi, I'm Rachel hall, was Rachel fresener when I worked at Magellan. I worked there for 8 years approx 2008-2016, as a customer care assoc 1, never got a raise, did the cca 2 work w/o the pay, applied for the appeal position for more money, I got rejected, then they asked me to do appeal work w/o the pay. I declined that. I didn't get paid for taking required coarses. They started people in my position 14.00 Hr when I made 13.50 for 8 years. They refused to give me equal pay. I sent Hr and my supervisor Marcia Nixon e mails regarding my pay check being very short and about equal pay. I was told no multiple times about equal pay and wouldn't get a response back about my checks being short. I had to get a second job and eventually quit due to my short paychecks. I had to move in with my ex husband because I was broke. I contacted the b.b.b. but They never called me back.

Hi have witnessed many cases with the District Attorney's Office the corruption in this office is a sin to humanity, and some of the judges should not be sitting on the bench because They do not know how to interpret the law.

[+] Frank Brzozowski on BRZOZOWSKI v. PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE COM'N
USDC No. 5:15-cv-02339-LS was appealed to 3rd Circuit Court. Appellant expanded a pro-se complaint form from USDC Clerk. Defendants who were dismissed "with prejudice" should be able to appeal as an abuse of discretion. Pro-se litigant should have fundamental fairness and the opportunity to file an amended complaint to all defendants.
[+] Connie Barrick on IN RE FIRST INDEPENDENT TRUST CO.
First Independent Trust co. lost their credibility as a bank and a debtor, or a lender. So, how come student loans were being written up through the U.S. Government, attached through First Independent and Watterson College (also a non-accredited business school) !

Looks good! They should have started with their required disclosures and discussion. Other than that, they don't have a chance.
[+] Pat Williams on FAUGHT v. AMERICAN HOME SHIELD CORP.
In 2005, my claim was denied for the bogus excuse of improper maintenance. The company that installed the new system disagreed, stating that, at 18 years, the air conditioning system had met its maximum life expectancy. I did not become aware of these legal settlements until too late. What recourse, if any, do I have?

[+] Andrew Colamaria, esq. on ESTATE OF GILMORE v. BUCKLEY
I knew Patty Gilmore when we were both 16. She was an angel on earth. In my legal career I have never seen a case where the local + state police, the prison + probation system, the psychiatry field, and the state + federal courts have so failed an individual. May Patty Gilmore rest in peace.
