I just found this article about my grandfather whom I never met. It is a look into the past of his lives including my own father.
[+] Delijah Williams on U.S. v. PETERSON
How one can take 35 years away from a young man so easily, when sexual predators and molesters get much less sentences is beyond me. I've always been one to believe in the justice system, but as I grew older, and wiser, I see it for what it is: The modern day Jim Crow. I know J.P. He made some bad choices, but if every judge who sits high and mighty were uncovered, they'd be sentenced to life. We all have fallen short, all have made mistakes. He is not "that guy" Eastern NC was so happy and eager to make him out to be. So over our justice system.

I was there. stood under the tree and marched in the street
[+] Gregor on BOWER v. STATE
A building to be constructed from start to finish must have all the necessary top people. In the case of Lester Leroy Bower, jr. he alone did it and no one else help him in the alleged murder. Why must a convicted person be put behind bars for so many years, there is only one reason ---unsure of the steps to finally put him to death. If this man is not innocent would people believe he did it alone by himself without anyone not even a lookout ? Till Wednesday is still a time let us review this case at once.

[+] Anton D. on BOULTON v. AMERICAN TRANSFER SERVICES, INC.
Hell I knew it when I saw the face of Ruben Sanches for the first time, I could tell within seconds that this guy was fake. I was at one of his (Steve Clements) seminars that cost me more than 3.000 Bucks, and Ruben Sanchez wanted my credit card number and me to sign a contract with him (never seen before) right away. I refused and did not take further action. Which obviously was the "right" decision. But it was a wrong decision to trust Mr. Steve Clements and give him 3k $ for a seminar with objectively zero value to me. I hope those guys will rot in hell!
[+] MARIE ORLANDO on KLETNIEKS v. HERTZ
DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE CASE AGAINST HOWARD M. HERTZ WAS DISMISSED BECAUSE HE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OR BECAUSE THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM
[+] Linda Williams on BRUNSMAN v. NATIONAL RENT-A-FENCE CO.
I just read this case for the first time. Did this come to this resolution because the 5th DCA did not know what they were doing back then ? Really? Horrible decision. Was this because the Appellant was pro se... and they were prejudice? I think so.

[+] Resident of Grove City on BORO. OF GROVE CITY v. PA. P.U.C.
How can Grove City Borough purchase electric from Penn Power and supply it's residents with electric for less than Penn Power? It can't. Grove City Borough's electric continues to be, and always will be, more expensive than Penn Power. Grove City Borough's monopolistic unregulated control of local electric prices is a disservice to Grove City Borough residents, who would otherwise save millions of dollars if they were allowed to be serviced by Penn Power directly.
