This appeal presents for consideration by this court whether the trial judge committed reversible errors during the various proceedings in this matter.

On March 7, 1990, William Dickerson (hereinafter defendant) was found guilty of possession of 400 grams or more of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(F)(1)(c).
