The plaintiff's employment was terminated by the employer for violation of the company's drug testing policy. The plaintiff alleged negligence against the defendant, a biotechnology company with independent laboratory facilities providing hair testing for the detection of drugs and providing drug-testing services to the plaintiff's former employer.
