[+] Abraham Lincoln on SHELLING v. STATE
Doesnt seem logical... The defendant was set up..1. Why is she letti g him spend the night if she was trying to leave him...a smart person just wouldnt answer the door....leave him at the door knocking.... and then she went to work.Did she give him the keys to lock the apartment lock the house? So for weeks he drove her car while she replaced the slashed tires. How did he know where the victim stayed unless she told him.... she was burning the candle on both ends using the appellant and victim at the same time....

This case needs to be tossed out. I know Pete and can tell you right now that every time he gets arrested, he always attempts to sue somebody crying "civil rights violation!" Give the taxpayers and those he's suing (honest hard working taxpayers) a break. Get a life, Pete.

I am Davida Cory and I never said drenched in blood I said red blood hand print --I was also a minor when I witnessed this event and I am tired of seeing it on line-both women should go to hell they killed someone and acted like it was a joke they took a boy's life who will never know what it's like to get married his mother will never have grandchildren and I will never forget being 17 years old and being forced by the police to sit there and watch him bleed to death I will never in my life forget that!
[+] Amanda Wheeler on STACY v. TRUMAN MEDICAL CENTER
I don't believe u can put a price on any man's life: That man Dale Wheeler had a 3year old daughter that grew up without a father. She had a really rough childhood and wound up growing up without any stability or security in her life. She is a broken mess and has been without any since of direction.

[+] Child Of Deceased on MOBLEY v. STATE
I have been searching my whole life for this information and nothing about it on the net for years. Thank you. And may God never have mercy on his merderous soul. Nothing will ever bring Ed back to his children and it is a great loss and for nothing. He was coming home the next day to his children. Words cannot describe the domino effect it has caused affecting even Ed's grandchildren. We never gave Mobley the power of thought but since I he daughter tried to make contact let me be clear. What's been has been and cannot be undone. May God never have mercy on a murderous soul. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say so.
[+] karma on COMMONWEALTH v. APONTE
I feel justice was served. I see Aponte pulled all the stops to prevent his fate. I've waited 9 yrs to see this outcome. Aponte is a monster and deserves to spend the rest of his life rotting behind bars. I know for a fact his victim Marquis did not have a gun. Aponte shot him for the simple fact he was a sore loser. What even led to the incident is that Aponte was jealous of the decease. A couple weeks before the murder Aponte jumped and robbed Marquis for over $300 on the corner of 5th & wyoming ave. And even after Aponte murdered the victim he and some friends went looking to kill his girlfriend as well who is not the female they claim was his girlfriend in the court hearing. What might i ask was the reason to attempt to bring harm to the victims girlfriend after you already killed the victim. Justice was served in this case may Aponte rot in prison and may the victim Marquis Ward rest in peace...

Still having problems with EMC/Chase bank on my credit report as being 180 + days past due. Current payment due 0. Amount past due 0. Open account. I have ONCE AGAIN disputed this with the credit reporting agencies. Just to be told that Chase has updated the account to show as open and still owing. I cant get a loan anywhere! I have struggled to improve my credit score trying to over come this whole mess only to be told that this is still open on my credit report when it was paid in full. What can I do about this? Im sure that I am not the only person with this problem.

[+] Jerry Philpott on HERSHBERGER v. LIBERTY LIFE ASSURANCE OF BOSTON
As plaintiff's attorney on appeal, i recognized from the outset that I wished I could go back and shape up the treating doctors' report writing skills. This area of law is unfortunately stacked in favor of the insurance company's hired guns, who are more articulate and can second guess the treating doctors. The treating doctors are paid to treat, not to write well. The insurance company doctors are not paid to treat, but to critique. I find it a little sad that so much should turn on Dr. Mihalcek's disinclination to return calls to the insurance company doctor. But I do not fault the magistrate's analysis and my clients chose not to appeal further.
[+] Terese Ellis on FERRELL v. RYAN
Our llegal system is broken! Innefective counsel, purgured testimony, conspiracy by witnesses, rights denied. Forced to get on the stand in his own defense because public defender did not interview any of his witnesses, did not submit any evidence in his behalf. His only job was to create reasonable doubt. He kept everyone off the stand that could have created that. Even me. It as if he had a deal with the prosecutor. Judge promised hima rule 32 evidentary hearing then didnt give him one. His case has not been heard. The judges on his case will never get my vote and I will encourage noone to vote for them. A total miscarriage of justice.
[+] Tammy Robinson on MATTER OF ROBINSON v. COMMISSIONER OF LABOR
With all due respect I thought these courts would reinstate my constitutional rights, however I was sadly mistaken; although they stated they reviewed evidence which is impossible because I did not certify for certain weeks, I even provided their own deposits but the good old Supreme Courts want me to pay back money they did not give me, oh it gets better my employer works from her basement books shifts via phone I was cancelled on numerous occasions, but so what when your indigent their laws do not apply. The employer list 1-4 employees the rest of her employees were most likely filed as misclassified workers. In addition my family and I was deprived of our due process well Helen Murphy took six months to get her story straight, unbelievable, it gets better I still have not received ss-8 determination yet therefore missclasification of workers is allowed in NYS to poor PPL. I was a participant in administrative proceedings the judge modified and sent back to labor department for

[+] Shane Hollowfield on MARYLAND STADIUM AUTHORITY v. BECKER
It's funny after reading the judges desission it appears he missed the mark on 'Trademarks' all together !!! How can a judge rule over that of the PTO ? $$ And all the judges sites are pre-1989 ? The Lanham act was rewritten to prevent these problems , calling for use in public and not mere speculations of what you 'Might' use as a SM , TM or DBA state level business tradename . "BECKER" was wrongfully convicted for something he should of had the law on his side for . This is a mochory of judicial powers and to the PTO in general .

[+] Marcel Matley on PEOPLE v. SZYMANSKI
I found this case while researching handwriting expertise, since that is my area of work. The report strikes a painful with me. In my only service as a juror we convicted defendant of 2 or 3 felonies when we should have only done so for one misdemeanor. The judge suppressed evidence the chief prosecutor witness was perjuring himself and had tried to murder the defendant between arraignment and trial, yet was not charged for it. The judge forbade any evince such as defendant had been hospitalized for a gun shot wound by the chief witness. Police and defense investigators were incompetent. I knew the location but could not recall details but kept the rule not to visit it. Afterwards I visited and realized it was physically impossible for the event to occur as we jurors had been tricked to believe. We were manipulated by court and prosecutor. Marcel B. Matley
