[+] Karen McKinley on SZANTO v. MARINA MARKETPLACE 1, LLC
This is a true vexatious litigant in very sense of the words. Been suing his family for over 30 years. Very sad.
[+] Andy Vickery on PATTY v. U.S.
I am lead counsel for Craig Patty. Mr. Bumble said it best: "if this is the law, sir, the law is an ass!" This interpretation and application of the "discretionary function" exemption swallows up most of the FTCA itself. It is palpably unjust. We will appeal.

[+] Terri Valko on ALLIANCE FOR BIO-INTEGRITY v. SHALALA
I am highly against gmo crops due to the fact that it not only promotes pesticides but it also promotes patenting of seeds which I feel is crazy! No one has the right to patent seeds that were originally given to us by God in the first place. As far as the Dark Act---I feel that is illegal! No one has the right to tell me or anyone else that I shouldn't know what is going into my body. Also, Hawaii needs zoning areas to protect their children. There are 25 schools that are close to chemical testing area's and these children and the faculty have been sick from chemical poisoning. Yes, a doctor stated this! Companies like Monsanto, Basf, Dow, DuPont and Syngenta need to change their ways to all natural (organic) to help all our health, our animals and our enviroinment. Gmo's are illegally being marketed in the United States and I will do all I can to make all the public know this. They are fake, dangerous and do us no good on our planet!

[+] philippe edouard drice on DRICE v. QUEENS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY
Defendant Appellant Donna Furey was subsequently fired from the job of General Counsel, Queens County, Supreme Court, County Clerk. My case proved she worked privately for and with the NYC Human Resources Administration and New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and Creedmoor Psychiatric Legal Services to railroad Plaintiff Appellant Philippe Edouard Drice out of his NYCHA apartment through an Article 81 Incapacitated Hearing in Queens County, NY, Supreme Court, Index # 4590-2007 and used the Guardian to fleece over $100,000 of antiques and heirlooms from Philippe Drice. This judgment also reversed the dismissal in the lower court by Judge Phyllis Orlikoff Flug, Queens County, Supreme Court, Index # 28741-2011 with a related matter in the same Queens County, NY, Supreme Court, Index 25547-2007. This case under appeal alleges National Origin Discrimination, racism, religious oppression and numerous Constitutional Violations to boot. This post commemorates one year out of homelessness.
[+] V on U.S. v. SOBOLEWSKI
This is all ridiculous. In reading this no medical evidence has been used to support his need for pain relief following a motorcycle accident, which this whole case should be focused. This to me is a pure case of deciding to make an example of out somebody, irrelevant of all the facts. If all the facts had been taken into account regarding this case you would clearly see what a complete waste of prison resources this is and how detrimental to a persons life is. You have already predetermine the outcome before the trial even began. This makes me very glad not to be a U.S. Citizen, thank goodness for the British justice system which is still innocent until proven guilty, unlike you guys who just want the thrill of wining a case

The best part of this, she works as a substitute teacher in Boonton Township schools. Unethical conduct isn't a what most schools look for in their teachers.
[+] beverly auerbach on LYTLE v. UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
I agree with the courts decision. I watch these Qlaser reps take advantage of peoples ignorance and sell them Qlasers based on flagrant misrepresentation. They should be shut down.
[+] Bob Moss on U.S. v. DOWDY
It's pretty obvious to me that Mr. Dowdy was represented by an ineffective counsel and deserves reconsideration of his trial and sentence.
[+] Barb on STATE v. TURE
I was a young waitress in Cottage Grove. I once had a blond man write notes to me on napkins. One note said come meet me at a church after I got off at 12am. He never talked. I didn't meet him. I always wondered if I was a waitress on his notes. It was 1979 or early 1980. Wish I knew, glad I'm alive.
[+] aisha ray on MORALES v. BRADT
I am the oldest sister of Brittany Joy Ray. I am appalled that this animal would dare try to appeal his conviction. He murdered my little sister in cold blood. She was a beautiful young college student. He took her as from her loved ones. He deserves to rot in jail.
