Same as everyone is saying with the fake leads there was this man Oli that wanted a vanity installed he calls me from a area code 4 states away and I ask him about the area code because I have family there he has no idea what I’m talking about and can barely speak English “middle eastern” I give him A very good price almost too good and he say no thanks and hangs up on me. Over the next 3 days I see him posting all kinds of jobs and couple times his name changed to oli management the oli landlord so I wait another day and call the number and it say beep beep the google subscriber you trying to reach no longer in service. If he was a manager or landlord why would he change his number so fast then he’d have to notify all tenants and family just a lot of bougus to steal from us pros

We bought a new house less than 5 years ago. The paint has faded and has streaks that start at the roofline. The HO Asso has been requiring us to paint it since April. I've filed a claim with Hardie (who owns Cemplank). I've also reached out to the building company (which is huge and responded with a snarky note) and the lumber yard where it was bought. Due to illness and job loss, the HO Asso threats and demands are low on our priority list. We will owe them $150 a month until the house is painted. Moral of the story, Don't buy a house that has Cemplank siding AND a HO Asso!

Even if Aberson got the name of the meds incorrectly, she wrote the memo believing it was true and handed memo to HR who should have taken it to be true. It’s hypothetical for the court to assume that the jury would believe Tyre’s testimony which was made 4 years after the incident vs the memo written by Aberson 3 weeks after the incident for the purpose of recalling what happened. Although Aberson got names mixed up, the memo was accurate and Aberson along with HR believed it was and should have taken action to engage in interactive process. I also want to bring up the example used by the courts about a pregnant woman. The company wouldn’t know she’s pregnant unless she told someone.
