With this case I still seek justice for, I as the defendant submitted to the appellate division evidence that could have been provided at trial evidence, non circumstantial in nature, and extremely revelant showing that every withness for prosecution lied. I also provided information that prosecution fully cohursted withness testimonial evidence, and made visits to Fishkill Correctional Facility with the complaintant with promises of a job, housing and money to help with a conviction. Being that Guy Mangano Jr come from a family of judges, which were the offsprings of the Mangano Crime Family in New York the trial was a medium to further the career of Guy Mangano. This case also mysteriously was buried in Federal court, and the illegal sentence was upheld in the appellate division on a brief I submitted, yet unknowingly by the court, I gave my case law and argument to a inmate who used it for his benefit, and also the benefit of over 1000 inmate, yet my brief was denied.

Over 20-years have passed since this battle, I am now 75 and poor. I fought to save OUR constitutional rights and won, but lost everything because my lawyer Mark Erikson failed to protect my right to seek costs for legal fees, loses and other damages. Those fees in part amounted to $300,000.00+. After bankruptcy I tried suing Erikson, but found the trial Judge R. Harris bias and partial in Erikson's favor, many appeals and judges encircled my claims and I ultimately was denied justice by judges. Would I do it again? Yes. As a citizen I am not obligated to carry a weapon or wear a uniform to do so. If you have a legal challenge in your life, don't rely on your attorney, get other opinions and take notes and document decisions. Living poor is not pleasurable, you will be denied a lot of opportunities and experiences. I worry though as to how I will support myself should I fall or get sick, or when my muscles can no longer support me and my work efforts. Thank you for my consideration

That being said, I highly doubt he will do so, even though previous court orders have stated such. According to Mr. Roberts, he is, "a man without a Country", not just an address. I firmly believe he is a man without a conscience! Perhaps if the Superior Court had taken my requests seriously and ordered the man to attend Anger Management, Parenting Classes, a Financial Literacy Program, with Therapy and Counseling, he may not have morphed into such a deranged individual. Awareness and prevention are key to a positive outcome, not denial and deception. Good luck to whomever encounters this individual in the future, you'll need it to survive his manipulation tactics.
