Sad part is Mark Wheeler is currently at Childersburg work release listed as min-out security level meaning he can work offsite without any guards looking over him and will soon be released back into society to commit more crimes. Everybody should protest him being on work release without supervision of armed guards, there is no rehabilitation for someone that commits this type of crime. The 16 year old girl will never have another chance because of this horrible person. So can someone explain to me who and why the decision was made to give Mark Wheeler work release. Someone got paid for this move hands down there can't be another reason to overlook his actions from his own statements. No amount of good time, people who commit these crimes are great manipulators and anyone that has any knowledge of any level knows and understands that. Everyone should protest his release before someone else is a victim.

L Curtis only done about 5 to 10 yrs..n got out.. Crazy huh? Later he started molesting children n went back to jail for said..n died about 3 4 years ago in jail at Charleston Mo. He done more time for child molesting than 2 murders FYI all. He should have never got out so soon... He sure missed up very very many lifes 4real FYI all. Elmer.

Were all possible accommodation discussed? Not sure why the County Engineer didnt think to encase the house which is done in instances of remediation, and restoration purposes. Had the HVAC to be for re-circulation only and VOC by UV or other VOC filtration mechanisms. Then the doctors could have provided coping mechanisms like Oxygen. They dragged this out for years with no one thinking outside the box. Engineers of all people couldnt think of this. Only proposing alternative chemicals to chemicals is like telling a person in a wheelchair it is only one step, or a person with an food allergy it is only one peanut. Alternative chemicals to someone with chemical sensitivities is like saying here "try these light cigarettes, they wont give you lung cancer". To say science has not caught up with the illness is atrocious. Xenobiotics have the studies to show toxicants cause harm on a cellular level. Even if someone does not exhibit a response, it is adversely effecting them and everyone.
