[+] Robert Conaway on CAPPS v. WEFLEN
This decision is incredible. Notice was given to a dead person of a private parties' intent to take certain mineral rights deeded to the dead person(who had relatives with interests in the mineral rights through the dead person) . The attorney for the party orchestrating the abandonment gave restricted delivery instructions to the post office knowing she was likely dead insuring notice was not given. The North Dakota Supreme Court (and now SCOTUS) says it's ok that a state statute on rights that could involve billions to private citizens, can be forfeited by such a sham.

My comments are Chuck McRae let my parents down. My 17 year old sister was robbed of her life. My parents, brother, and sister haven been haunted for years by all parties involved. Patti was murdered in my opinion. My father has since died. My Mothrr dying with cancer. So so heartbreaking and unfair!

Sure - - the appellate division doesn't recognize parental alienation. Since this ruling, my eldest daughter has been back in the hospital for psychiatric problems, my special needs daughter made a self-made dreadful video on divorce that the trial judge refuses to hear and is now in counseiing and my youngest daughter cut her self and has eating issues. This is liberal, feminist politics personified and is sickening and who gets hurt - - our children.
[+] Elaine Whitfield Sharp on HASHI v. SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
This demonstrates the terrible unfairness and bias against recovery for injured petitioners. It is a sad commentary on the failure of the vaccine court and the vaccine program. Both of these girls have a mitochondrial disorder and the onslaught of toxins from vaccines on their immune systems and their brains caused terrible, irreversible consequences, leaving tow very badly injured girls in the care of two struggling good parents. The system of so-called "compensation" lacks compassion and simply does not function as one that is supposed to be "remedial."

good decision backed up with solid reasoning and an entertaining read in itself, even though I'm in no way fluent in legalese. Well played yr honour. :D

[+] MICHELLE SOPHIE on WILLIAMS v. UNITED STATES
Good day, My name is Michelle and I would like some information on the petitioner involved in this case. I am searching for my grandfather. The only information I have is this, Arthur Williams lived in New Brunswick from Welsh decent, maybe immigrated from WALES, maybe not? , was American bank robber that was more than 30 years older than my grandmother. He apparently had another family in the USA. My mother always believed he died in 1963, but later learned it was just a story that her mother told. I would like to know if you have more information about the Arthur Williams in this case, such as a birth date, address, full name, etc thank you for your help if you can.

I understand that this action ended with a settlement on Marc 23, 2015. Are the terms of the settlement available to the public? Does th ruling reach to owners of the 2006 Mercedes Benz 350 E? Does effect of the ruling reach to South Carolina Owners who have engine problems with the 2006 350 E?

The woman Daphnee is my mother, I don't appreciate the fact that it says she's a suicide when It was later cleared up that she didn't in fact kill herself. Please remove this or update your information, I don't appreciate the fact that anyone can look up this event and assume, because its stated above that she committed suicide when in fact she did not . Thank you

Please note that this case was dismissed based on merit and with prejudice. It is misleading to have this on record.

[+] Steve Hofer on HILL v. WHITE JACOBS & ASSOCIATES, INC.
Venue challenges are common when you sue credit repair agencies under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This case shows that plaintiffs can win the challenge to venue when suing an out-of-state company. Still, it would be better if the CROA had a built-in venue provision.

Without a doubt, the best lawyering I have seen in decades
[+] John Shupe on STESHENKO v. McKAY
I tried the case for the College defendants. Mr. Steshenko is extremely bright, aggressive, focused and self-disciplined, and displayed these qualities throughout the trial. It is truly unfortunate that he has chosen the life path of vexatious litigant, rather than dedicating himself to something productive.

Robert Huggins should be released from C.I.F. Look at the time the man served. People get alot less for murder today!
[+] Jeffrey Hayes on STATE v. SOLOMON
Sounds like this black person was railroad by the North Carolina's racial profiling system! " Driving while black", a hung jury the first time. The D.A., later got a second jury to get a conviction. The judge stated that this young lady had a good reputation. Can we as a society true the police and the legal system?

[+] Regina Pedrotti on STATE v. PORTMAN
I read this and think, wow! That's not what happened at all. The officers were surrounding the vehicle when I arrived at the hospital. I told them I have keys to it and can move it if they need me to. I asked that my vehicle not be towed, but the officer informed me it was a crime scene, and he had taken Duane's keys in the hospital. Duane was transported to another hospital and I drove by my shop. Cop cars everywhere, I stopped and they told me I could not go in. They used Duane's keys once again. I never gave my keys or permission to any officer. The Durango needed picked up from the impound lot and they said it would be $400 to get it out. The Durango was titled in Duane's name, I would not be allowed to have it released to me, even with the cash. I called the lead detective and told him that this was why I didn't want the vehicle impounded. He called the impound lot and the vehicle was released to me, no charge, the city would pay the bill. Why, you ask? They took it without a warr
[+] Kathy Rosenberger on ROSENBERGER v. COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
Scott Zabielski, in my eyes is a self absorbed, unlawful, disgusting and pathetic low life who was reckless with his position as a rent a cop for the L.A. police department. My son has permanent damage to his neck and as his mother, I will never forgive him or think he paid enough.

[+] Tom Barker on U.S. v. LINDSAY
my understanding of this case is that the feds never found drugs at David's home and only found drugs at his bar 3 days after his arrest, on the window sill at the front of his bar. I saw David's home and it wasn't worth very much, his vehicles weren't worth very much and his lifestyle never was like that of a man with a lot off money. And the Feds said millions of dollars. All I know is that David was a heroic soldier and good friend in Viet Nam. I believe he was doing drugs in Whitehall, but giving him help with his situation would have been a lot better than convicting him on the word of convicted criminals who were getting time off their sentences. Shame on the police who said they cleaned up the whole drug problem with David's arrest. And especially, shame on the local newspaper that wrote that David was a clerk in Nam. David was the finest soldier I will ever know. TRY PTSD. Shame on you all
