[+] JillO on PEOPLE v. PREASMYER
You obviously have not heard or read the story. Amy Preasmyer & Jennifer Kellogg were the two reasons why this man is dead. The dipshit that actually was the grim reaper, was a stupid hired hand,& wouldn’t have killed Ricky, without the the idea that came from the two spawns of Satan. It’s not a “he said, she said “! A juror convicted one,& the other two took plea deals. They took pleas bc the evidence was so strong. If you don’t know the details of a story, you probably shouldn’t make such asinine comments. I can’t fathom how his family would feel reading that. His head was fkn caved in with a HAMMER! Poor girls indeed!?

[+] Nicole Vanoni on HERNANDEZ v. COUNTY OF MARIN
October 2019: I was unjustly harassed, detained, drug-tested, etc., by Officer Anthony Shaw, one of the defendants in the Hernandez vs County of Marin case@ ‘The Village at Corte Madera), who now works on his days off from the Central Marin Police Auth., for Apple. Unlike regular duty officers, off-duty cops working for private companies do not enjoy the same level of ‘qualified immunity’ protection, allowing corrupt officers like Shaw to abuse his power & contribute to the erosion of basic civil rights. An attorney sent an initial letter to Central Marin, to which the Chief of Police called, but I am unable to pay for additional legal fees towards this end. Please help me shine light& hopefully bring justice to Officer Shaw, who has a history of disregarding the rules of his station that are intended to preserve some accountability.

What's the Verdict?
[+] Matthew E Greene on GARCIA v. CASEY
I watched the footage of the detainment and arrest on the two attorneys and I for one am disgusted. The seizure warrant was specific "On person and vehicle". Yet both arresting officers wanted to try to force their way into getting what they wanted. It obviously turned against them, having both attorneys acquitted of the charge, which I believe was ridiculous, and having both attorneys file law suits against them. This goes to show you that it's not the officers that are here to keep justice. It is your attorneys and lawyers that are here to keep justice. I praise Mr. Revill for decisive thinking and keeping a calm demeanor while the officers were trying to manipulate the warrant. I also praise Ms. Garcia for keeping a calm demeanor and letting her fellow attorney handle the situation correctly. She was able assess herself and see her emotions were stirring because of the shock of the experience and knew that her colleague was already one step ahead of her. Congratulations to both!

MATTER OF SHILIAN-HAMEL v. HAMEL Index No. O-14-13, M180374, Motion Nos. 2014-08536, 2014-08764 Dear Sir or Madam, I have written on a few occasions, asking that this case not come up on a google search of my name. Understanding that it is public record, it still causes harm to my children and myself, and provides no benefit, of any sort, to any party. Please, kindly remove this record. Thank you for your time and consideration. Regards, Tzvi Hamel
[+] Latishia Nicole Wesley on LANGSTON v. U.S. SECURITY ASSOCIATES, INC.
Hello, I am the reason that this lawsuit began. Indeed, I was behind the wage and labor bureau requesting that US Security Associates divulge and pay the overtime that was due to employees. I have not received payment and I constantly get the run around whenever I call the attorneys that represented the case.

She was my bus driver during this time, I was always the last kid to get dropped off. I remember she was always very kind to me. She drove my bus the day this happened. It's a shame when a Uncle Tom Probation Officer/Lesbian Probation Officer constantly harrasses someone but keeps their job. I lost valuable items of my late Mother but I believe in Karma. I still plan to get a lawyer and Sue everyone involved.
[+] William Avrich on AVRICH v. STATE
Yet the funny thing is that Mr. Edward Savitt, the alleged “victim” in this case, was really the instigator and the antagonist. All I did was threaten him (conditionally) that if he didn’t stop harassing me, I would “deal with him in person”. Just goes to show you how corrupt the criminal justice system in the State of Florida really is. The day that I hear that Savitt dropped dead of a heart attack (he must weight close to 300 lbs of pure blubber) will be the day that I celebrate justice finally being served as it should have been from the start.
