[+] Divas on PEOPLE v. BARRAGAN
she was my best friend and she loves hard, I known her in junior high, the system has failed her, she deserves her appeal she has given her youth in prison let her be with her daughter now, she has dealt and learned her lesson. She needs that second chance.. I love her and missed her all this years. Let Lupe go free keep this movement going till she's free...
[+] Donna Dickson on JOHNSON v. HOBBS
I knew Debra n Danny Johnson personally they are good decent people they worked hard in their business and while Danny bought autos to resale Debra kept the books and managed the business in the office.Danny had a temper and so did Debra but Danny felt he was more important than Debra and treated her as a ordinary person and did not show her the respect she deserved as a wife who helped make their business sucessful.Debra was a matter of fact person who was not a excitable person. If she felt threatened she would defend herself.I feel Debra did NOT get a fair trial because The victim was well known by the law and cops n his friends sided with him as Debra was into family n helping keep the car lot of sales so as to help their family sucessful. She regretted his death but she was defending her life at the time.the sentence she got was not sufficient to the actions taken at the time..a woman is no match in size of statue when her life has been threatened..Debra had to defend herself .

[+] YOUBETCHA on CAMMARATA v. CITY UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK
It seems that the court penalized the plaintiff because of a lack of representation and it also seems that the court neglects to mention it sat on the judges desk for nearly 2 years before coming to a conclusion. Red Tape Nonsense.

[+] jay on IN RE DOUGLAS
no matter what he should have been informed by the judge of his duties to register as sex offender.and there should be no time limit on a error.
[+] Vincent Donovan on VILLAREAL v. SAENZ
Why have the plaintiffs exhibits not been considered while the defendant’s sworn statement is held as truth with absolutely nothing to back it? Something sketchy is happening behind the scenes- or the judge is incompetent. I’m incredibly disappointed in Judge Richard B. Farrer and the TX Western District Court.
[+] Anna Williams on LYONS v. LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP
I have had a loan with Litton Service , in which that foreclosed because of some processing era of my mortgage finance.
[+] abdul on IKHARO v. U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL
The magistrates erroneous view that in Fleuti, 374 U.S. at 452 (noting that the exception for lawful permanent residents does not apply where the persons "departure from the United States was occasioned by deportation proceedings, extradition, or other legal process") is foreclosed immediately the United States Supreme Court vacates and remand the deportation order at issue as unlawful, Therefore the Magistrate is wrong and prejudicial. The whole basis for petitioner's arrest and removal proceedings is the conviction without which he would not have been paroled and rendered inadmissible. Arriving alien are considered as inadmissible. But the DHS or Magistrate cannot point to any evidence or actual fact that petitioner is inadmissible. See the case of Nken v.Holder, petitioner continued to have interest and collateral non final order of removal as envisaged in Spencer v. Kerma
[+] abdul on IKHARO v. U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL
Supreme Court held the statutory law that paroled of any alien into the United States under 8 U.S.C. § 1182(d)(5)(A) does not constitute lawful entry and is not an admission of the alien. The alien is regarded as situated outside of United States and certainly not domicile in United States. A paroled alien is not entitled to INA 212(c ) benefit ,
