May I ask what the violation was of his supervised release? Also what is being done properly to ensure the safety of this person considering repeated sentencing to jail and/or prison presumably made the situation escalate so often than help. Jail time for drug related offenses that are long often leave human beings confused in the outside world, and repeated abuse allegations and monitoring leading to more jail time can drive any human to act erratically. I believe the options provided are not helpful and actually very damaging . What does any human being do when they are lost and paranoid, they try to find a way and when the only way they can find is illegal that is probably cause and effect of paranoia of the law and options of help which are almost always past friends and past activities. This person has been the subject of severe abuse during arrest on more than one occasion. So far the justice system in this case has provided worst case scenario and abuse of authority.

Those are not the legal amounts of wages discussed in court. Nobody ever got the legal prevailing wage and entered them in court. Not one entity check to see what wages they were dealing with. To show you how out of control things got. Mr. Phifer never went to court in five years of litigation. He has never been inside a court room.

I repressed it although I did tell my mother. It all came flooding back in vivid memories of what he did to me. I see every aspect of his room in my night terrors. He ruined my life. I’m glad he ended up having to pay,even if it wasn’t for what he did to me.

Man handle her . Filed complaint nothing happens. Just the other day the city police towed my truck searched my truck when I told them no gave me a ticket for obstructing operation something needs to be done with these cops that are out of control
