So many errors were made in this defendant's case I as a professional and community member knowing this man isn't blameless he isn't guilty of the indictment seeing how the state and court room made so many unfair blunders only to sweep it under the rug. This is a miscarriage of justice first handedly and an easy case to identify. I'm not licensed on Delaware, hopefully a good attorney will get this case indictment dismissed. Maybe his current attorney will fight for him.

The head district attorney name is Slater which sir name history shows they are also called Slaughter which is the name of defendant. All ppl with this name came from the same village in England upper and lower Slaughter. This girl is British and do is her husband's bloodline but no one cares about the little things. Not to mention this girl had severe cerebral palsy. She is 80 pounds and can barely walk let alone kill a man twice her size and dump his body. If she is covering for someone do be it may but that's not murder that's lieing to police and making false statements. Georgia what type of ugly injustice are yall doing in your court rooms? Really?

You know what after reading all this he Jason might be what they say but I can see through this it's not about the case there is something begrudging and impartial happening against him. This judge made a decision to render that get this...if he could go back in time he would've done things to have the critical hearing...yet in reality we cant go back in time neither can he. This isn't a logical ruling for a judge. This undermines confidence in the justice system. You just cant simply say what you should be would've done if that I'd fair then the defendant Jason can say he would've and shoulve never done it and have his time traveling statement admitted as rule. Also looking into this more No judge in Delaware history has ever ruled in this way reverting to a past event that never took place and in real time saying it did. This is ludacris. Where is justice.? It I'd asleep at the wheel!!

However in my case our payments were being added to another person's mortgage and now they are harrassing us even though on 2 separate occasions they did the exact same thing. First time we bent to their will and made balloon payments. Then less than one year later they did the same exact thing. Now cenulair an Amerihome owned collections company says we owe 129k. I need help on this! We live in PA

This sentence should have been longer and it should have been tried as a RICO case as friends and family assisted and/or covered up his ponzi scheme. There was more money stolen than this case represents...I don’t know why...and not all victims are listed. His parents knew, his brother knew, his girlfriend knew and helped as did his friend. He ruined a lot of lives and took from people at vulnerable times in their lives. He will surely commit the same crimes against . It’s 2020 and he will be released this year. His capital park LLC company and him still has a linked In profile. Many people still don’t know he was arrested.

I asked for a lawyer for this patent case of malfeasance and was advised by the judge...that because I was articulate and lawyer like I would not be afforded one I knew recusal was a waste of time as there was no actual district court judge appointed. If anyone who passed the bar in Texas has any moral courage ..I can STILL pursue this in State Court.
