Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered.

The findings of fact are affirmed. Among the errors assigned is one which, in our opinion, mandates reversal. This was the admission of the testimony of Dr. Harold Zolan, called as a rebuttal witness by the People, over the objection of defense counsel, who testified as to defendant's sanity based on an examination of defendant after he had requested an attorney. On November 13, 1966, at approximately 4:00 A.M...
