[+] Maude on PEOPLE v. BUMANLAG
Dear young "John" Bumenlag. I was a juror on your case and came across this article quite by accident. In the event that you ever come read this in passing as adult, I wanted you to know that we jurors 100% believed you. You were absolutely credible and it was heartbreaking to watch you testify. We were so sad that something like this happened to any child. You may not have felt so at the time, but you were incredibly brave that day. I wanted you to know that. You saved yourself and for that, you have my deepest respect. The jury weighed all the evidence carefully and followed the law to find your abuser guilty. We did not know until after trial was over that he had basically confessed as we the jury weren't allowed to hear that piece of information in court. You are often in my thoughts and I hope your life is better and you've found some healing and happiness in life now that your abuser is in prison.
[+] Peter Dakin on GUERDON INDUSTRIES, INC. v. GENTRY
Wow what a complex case, weak floors to finally someone states uninhabitable. I trust Gentry got his purchased price back.
[+] Stefan Krisa on PEOPLE v. WILLIAMS
saw the case along with the presented "evidence" on tv, having heard the prosecutors plea and his laywers pleading and to me his laywers arguments did sound far more convincing than anything else. what the two witnesses stated was a joke, if you ask them the same 5 years later, they wont even remember the bullshit they've told the jury in court. to me its quite clear, the man was sentenced because he's black, is having a statue that tall and musculous that it scares people even though the guy is a very peaceful man. there has been no dna evidence that could link him with the crime and we all know that it is almost impossible to comitt a crime, not leaving a trace of dna evidence, be it small and very little...it will be found, no matter what. the whole trial is a prime example of how to ruin an innocent mans life and shatter it into pieces for no other reason than being on the wrong place at the wrong time. the us american justice system is being made for whites, rich whites only.
[+] Jonathan Simpson on HARTSELL v. STATE
Mike hartsell has Huntington's disease and due to this disease he was unable to understand what was being said to him in court and what is being done to him at this time by Johnson County but he has nowhere to turn due to the courts and their neglect to the mentally ill so I wonder how it is a county can sign the mental illness Act and keep someone incarcerated in Johnson County Texas who has Huntington's disease which is a disease that has no cure and will only end in death. And yes I do believe that you were right when you say that it was neglect on the attorney for not properly being there for his client just as most attorneys in Johnson County R4 their clients they're not working for their clients they're working for a plea bargain which is something that someone with Huntington's disease does not understand and does not fully realize the consequences have signing so who do you turn to in such a corrupt court system when you have no one to turn to

[+] Mike Mendola on PEOPLE v. BERK
Valvo, knew he was engaging in sexual relations with a married woman. He deserved some sort of punishment. But while society publicly finds adultery to be repulsive, they no longer punish it, but rather take a tacit congratulatory view. This leaves the real victim, in this case Berk, with no recourse other than the most primitive one: to punish the violator himself. Having just done so, it would become painfully obvious to him that his own life now might be in question. That alone would provide the emotional distress which led to the shooting of his own, a woman, who by most accounts, he still loved.

What is disturbing is the State of Texas is insisting on executing someone that even the victim's family doesn't want executed. No one skates around their punishment on death row.

[+] Wayne Wierz on CLARK v. NOBLE
The police should have never treated kids 16 years old and younger as adults. I believe that they took advantage of the situation and coerced those children to make statements against one another by using scare tactics. Release Mr. Clark He has spent far too much time in prison for a crime that not even has been proven, but is all speculation crated by the police force.

[+] Theresa Rieke on IN RE MERCY HEALTH ERISA LITIGATION
IN RE MERCY HEALTH ERISA LITIGATION I was an employee at Anderson Mercy Hospital, Cincinnati, OH from 1980-2007. I did not take the lump sum offered. I'm 58 years old now. Will I get my retirement benefits or not ? Not fully understanding this document. Is there something I need to do now? Number 11a says, "Mercy Health shall make a Plan summary available to Settlement Class Members electronically; make up-to-date information concerning Plan benefits, including information about accrued and projected benefits, available to Settlement Class Members either through a toll-free number, a website or a printed statement." How do I get a printed statement, the phone number or the web address? Today is April 24, 2020, and I have not received any information since I received the Order And Final Judgment letter. I will be waiting to hear from you soon. Sincerely, Theresa Rieke [email protected]

Positive people see an opportunity in every worry, while negative people see some kind of worry in every opportunity.
[+] Marcia Ann Croce on CROCE v. CROCE
Yes if I were you I wouldn't publish this either because it would truly show how unethical and unjust the judicial system is, as well as the judges breaking their oaths. The public will see the injustice here I guarantee it. More transparency and more rights for the low-income and women. Your judicial system is a disgrace right now. Your not going to publish this, but trust me in the future I will. I will be naming names and showing how the system protects one another and is not concerned about justice or protecting the innocent. The battle is just beginning. The Croce Vs Croce will be a landmark case in the future because it is going to bring about the unfairness of the low-income FORCED into pro se positions vs lawyers with many resources and experience on their side. There is a intangibility in the system and that brings about a problem with due process and equal protection under the law. I will take this to the public and the US Supreme Court. It's not over.
