[+] Kelly Wilson on SEIFI v. MERCEDES-BENZ U.S.A., LLC
Hi I am writing this for my Chinese girlfriend her ML350 Mercedes vin 4JGBB86E96A055162 . This SUV has been serviced by the local Mercedes dealer here in West Des Moines Iowa since purchase. On the last service it was determined by the Mercedes Dealer mechanics that her check engine soon light is on and only option to repair it would cost 9000.00 US dollars, parts and labor. This SUV only has 86,000 miles on the odometer. The reason the light is on is due to the cam sensor detecting slop in the timing chains. These chains ride on the cogs and balance shaft sprockets. There is also the nylon guides prematurely wearing causing the timing chains to loosen that in turn triggers the cam sensor check engine soon light. Mechanically the SUV in question operates fine. No rust, no wrecks, and not abused. I am writing this letter in hopes that you have an answer for this problem. If not do you have any other options or further information to alleviate this disappointment in this Mercedes proble

[+] Emily J. Eichman on McNEILL v. CITATION OIL & GAS CORP.
With regard to the settlements mailed to those who own royalties in Citation in May or June of 2019, I have an issue with your company. My cousin and I both own an equal number of royalties in Citation. For my settlement check I received $5.92. My cousin received over $600.00. I would like to direct a letter to the appropriate Citation department which handled this settlement, as I should have received the identical award as my cousin. Please advise. Emily J. Eichman

[+] Michael Roller on IN RE HardiePLANK FIBER CEMENT SIDING LITIGATION
My biggest issue is with the warpage of this siding. Warping both length wise and have the end of the plank curl or warp outward from the house. This is causing the corners to crack and break around the fasteners. Also causing the planks to fall off the house. There is also some discoloration and flaking.

[+] Venus Flanagan on STATE v. FLANAGAN
I am Benjamin Flanagan's legal wife as much as I hate it. Would have been nice to see after addressing conversations with "Benjamin's wife" for it to say "Shannon Flanagan" after every statement as not to get it mixed up with me who is still his only legal spouse. Wouldn't want anyone to look him up and see this craziness and think by wife you meant me. I have no involvement in his nonsense.

[+] Walter Holloway on HOLLOWAY v. HATTEN
He taught me law as well how to defend myself of reading and writing to do my home work. He only helped in a bad situation of all black people of to be black Italians. I ask to have him out of respect to translate and go on the law of men and not to prejudice women. But my career was changed due to procurement of a young man getting my court employee pregnant. And I was looked as the person of interest because I did my home work well to have her control the court while I got some rest. To find no fault she really did a good job. But this did not stop me. Because I was already wealthy. 600.000.000 of a trust fund. And married to a queen. So the domesticated acts was nothing more then a checking of a vet to his flock. Animal characters to find dirt in a dirty pen. My appeal is not a appeal but a charactor that cut my break line and wanted me to play it off. To have me crash to stop at the creighton circle of 24th by Chicago street. Of to show the officer the line was cut. To be Insane.
