One last comment in reference to Clear Record of Delay I was involved in 2 INTENTIONAL Auto Accidents 6 months apart, had major surgery as a result of the accidents REGARDLESS of what medical professionals are being paid to say and due to the EXTREME TRAUMA within the BRC increased by PTSD causing extreme stress. Due tot he 6 plus concussion I obtained from the Auto Accidents the medication for my head injuries clashed with other meds and I had to be hospitalized , I was hospitalized numerous times, RE-TRAUMATIZED by the Judge, Chapter 7 Trustee and his attorney. Of course pro se's are always the scape goats to others greed. PLEASE feel free to read my entire BR record. Not to mention I was sent documents with incriminating information regarding state officials, attorneys and others by mistake.It took me a year to research it. The Light bulb went off! Unbelievable! So, wrong color and I am be retaliated against. They can call it Bad Faith or whatever. THEIR info was sent to me! PTSD

Kendrick is a young man who was always honest & without a shadow of a doubt I know he’s innocent. Louisiana’s conviction rate of the black male is sickening & to have read the dialogue of the prosecutor in this case, “that the juror didn’t appreciate the law” or “she think she will know more about law than is” sounds like white privilege and prejudice in itself. The potential that this man may have been tried by an all white jury and presumed guilty with conflicting statements from the defense is all I need to hear to fight this case. This is sick. And Louisiana should feel ashamed!

I do not understand why the mayor or the higher uP'S keep appealing this case. I lost my dream teaching job and my home years ago. At least pay the pension, this is our legal guarantee right! I am watching lawyers and everyone else get paid, but the real injured-Black/Latino teachers whose careers were ruin, (not to mention blacklisted). PAY US OUR MONEY, PLEASE!!!!!! NOT FAIR

Kathy may have committed some of the crimes but she's not the only one who had access to money.People have ended their jobs at that location because of trust issues.Whenever money comes up missing they seen to point out the person who handles utilities.Im not saying she's innocent but theres more to the story then people know, I think there were more hands in the fire then hers, The Administration lives awfully nice lives as well.Were they questioned I dont think so due to the fact that it all got blamed on Kathy,they looked no further and its still probably happening.But in Brown Co,Ohio your last name matters so even if they knew there were more people involved because of their last name it was sweept under the rug

This is just sad yes he was a kid that did a lot of bad things but he wasn’t a bad person and he proved that The witness prove it the man said the kids changed the story about how it happens 3 times but each time they said he happend differently sometime you feel like nobody can protect you from the police because if you say they did something to you it’s your word over the police word more then likely they would never take what a kid would say so they lied it’s scary I pray for them I pray for her and her mom because they people they did this is out here among us walking free 🙏🏽
