Because of the pump being enclosed within the engine casing, he quoted me in excess of $3,200...for an otherwise $150 quick job. Burning with outrage, I started investigating on the merits of this outrageous expense for otherwise trivial fix. It looks like Ford is knowledgeable of this problem and doesn't care. I feel cheated that Ford or any other car company, places a non-disclosed peculiarity that can obviously be accounted as future liability that at one point will cost you several thousands. Even more upsetting is that under those conditions, Ford wouldn't use material warranting a much longer average expected life.

When I worked for Mercer Council of Drug Abuse, a problem ensued the first week of my employment and I tried very hard without supervision (always asking my supervisor and others) how to resolve the issue. I felt threatened several times by the way the initial problem escalated including me being cornered on a staircase. Since I am disabled, I could have been seriously injured if I continued in the position. After 10 years of citing this case, isn't it time to let a case that was poorly handled go. He should’ve gotten death penalty. They used anything they could to overturn his sentence. I did a pre employment hair follicle with JVIC under Disa and they said it came back positive for Cocaine apparently 1-2 days before it was took. I had to pay for reconfirmation since I’ve never done cocaine in my life, and the result was the same. Either they tampered with samples or they contaminated. Now they want me to pay for a substance abuse class that will blacklist me for other plants when I’ve never done any drugs.
