Gregory R. LARIMORE, v. STATE of Arkansas.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

November 11, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Daniel G. Ritchey, Blytheville, Bill W. Bristow, Jonesboro, and Kent J. Reubens, West Memphis, for appellant.

Mark Pryor, Att'y Gen., by: David R. Raupp, Ass't Att'y Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.

LAVENSKI R. SMITH, Justice.

Gregory Larimore ("Larimore") appeals the trial court's denial of pretrial bail pending the State's appeal from the grant of a writ of error coram nobis. The trial court declined to set bond finding it premature to do so prior to the resolution of the State's appeal. We find no error and affirm.
