[+] Kathy Hnatt on PEOPLE v. BRATU
Stephen Hnatt is my father. After working as a narcotics agent, he worked for the Federal Govt. as a Special Agent for ATF until he retired after 25 years.
[+] carl phippin on UNITED STATES EX REL. GARRETT v. ANDERSON
Mr. Garrett's account of where the police caught him was wrong after murdering Ms. Mack the police followed his blood trail from the home of Ms. Mack to 1013 Lancaster avenue. I know this as I was a 12 yr. old living there with my mother and step father who allowed the Garrets to stay with us.
[+] Wayne T Steele Jr. on SENSIENT COLORS INC. v. ALLSTATE INS.
I find it very hard to see the camden plant causing any contaminates going into the Pleasent gardens APTs. ther was always run off on to our plant from the apartments , also when we had our treatment plant put in we had 7 traps that would catch the water berfore it ever went back up the hill to the apartments. One other thing we had phisicals for every employee every year and we took blood , xrays , pulminary function test , and kept the records on hand at Camden and also at the corparate office. There seems to be a lot of bull being thrown around in this case, Paul always had insurance on the property , our drums of hazardous materials were store in a seal building out side with secondary containment to prevent spillage. I worked for H.Kohnstamm , General Color and Warner Jenkinson (Sensient) for a short while , Sensient only manufactured FD&C products at Camden. Good luck with this Lawsuit , and when the gardens were built H.Kohnstamm was already at that location for 50 years or more
[+] Samuel Dwane Thomas, MD, FACS on THOMAS v. AMERICAN CYSTOSCOPE MAKERS, INC.
In 2015, I found this. 1. There were NOT two telescopes, photograpgic and surgical. 2. The telescope was manufactured with a conductive metal up to the eye (painted black to look like the vinyl surround). 3. My attorney found evidence of other "accidents" including patient coverings in surgery actually being set on fire in other hospitals and reported to ACMI. 4. The instrument was indeed needlessly dangerous. 5. This trial lasted a month and I appreciate the patience and thoroughness of Judge Davis.

This isn PLAINTIFF's motion only. There is a secomnd opinion granting much of DEFENDANTS' motion which came down today.
[+] Jerrye Barre' on BARRE v. ST. MARTIN
Roland St Martin is now rotting in his grave. This charade of "justice" provided him and his friend Malcolm Falgoust and his straw man brother "legal"license to theft. St. Martin bought interest into heir property in which he was counsel to opening and administering transactions in the succession. He refused to sell his interest to one of the heirs, myself, and stated that he was "working with someone and they were "in it together" and would only sell to one Malcolm Falgoust.. I hope Malcolm Falgoust enjoyed stealing my inheritance with his attorney St. Martin who positively breached his fiduciary duty. As for professional conduct, what a joke! Judge Thomas Malik resigned for prescription drug addiction. Mr. St. Martin double dipped while get paid by all those he "represented" in this travesty.Purely tactics used to make my suit go away and never the merits of the real cause of action seeing daylight to justice.Even the funds used at Partition Sale were not certified. No justice served.

He should have been sentenced to death
[+] MH on LOTT v. ANDERSON
You sleep safely in your beds because rough men stand ready to do violence on your behalf. Officer Anderson and the Tukwila PD do this EVERY SINGLE DAY, and still make room in their hearts to take every positive approach at every opportunity. Lastly, if you want to know what kind of leader Chief Villa is, go take a look in Tukwila PD's lobby. Their bulletin board has many things you'd expect on a PD bulletin board--but what takes the most space is a giant list of positive things that parents can say to their children--which is where IT ALL BEGINS: crime and responsibility, enforcement and mercy, symbiosis and parasitism. Take an interest in the truth here. The world is being set on fire by countless in our society ready to take any shot at cops they can get away with. Shouldn't those most responsible for the justice we enjoy get to count on us to protect them from exploitive and opportunistic vilification? Let's keep the cops safe from the criminals they're protecting us from.
[+] Cindy Goodwin on PEOPLE v. SNYDER
I knew this woman and her killer . She was afraid of him . He was abusive , controlling, manipulative and egotistical. He's exactly where he needs to be . Forever.
[+] Jessica on WHITE v. STATE
I feel that Cindy White should be given a new trial. I don't believe that her abusive/horrific past should give her a pardon, but I feel that her attorney was lacking pertinent information detrimental to an adequate representation. I think she should be given the opportunity to be retried with the newly disclosed information, a new attorney, a good investigative team and a jury. Even though so much time has passed, there must be someone from the mental hospital, a family member, neighbors, or friends that could corroborate her allegations of abuse. I don't believe keeping all of the abuse a secret is all that unusual especially in this day and age when so much more is known about the ill effects of childhood abuse. I do worry about her ability to live outside of prison, having spent her entire adult life behind bars. Regardless she has a tough road ahead.
[+] Norman A Harris on HARRIS v. SHINSEKI
The remand went back to the Board and the same Board judge overturned the Circuit Decision(see CAVC docket # 14-649) and restated his original decision. This is a do over.
[+] Marshall Terry Bolling on HOLIDAY MAGIC, INC. v. SCOTT
i was a plaintiff in the case against Holiday Magic in 1977 that never received any closure due to the fact that I left the U.S. that spring; never returning until the fall of 1996. I would like information on the outcome of that case and if the State of Illinois is in possession of any monies due me from that case how I can go about claiming them.
[+] chris page on BARANCIK v. MEADE
i have been forced to pay child support to a lying mother who has told d.f.s. that i never payed any support and many more lies about me. im trying to get things stopped cause my daughter is no longer in college, i believe she has been served but im pretty sure she is contesting the stopping of child support. mom not daughter is getting this money and none of it has gone to daughter for several years now.
[+] Antionette Bezuidenhout on MULHENS & KROPFF v. FERD. MUELHENS
It is clear to me that the brand name "4711"belongs to and should stay with Muehlens. Kropff is using and riding on Muehlens's integrity and popularity of the "4711"brand. Muehlens started and registered the "4711"brand and it should stay with them. Kropff has no right to the "4711"brand just because a war broke out. It is also clear to me that Kropff is lying about having the recipe.

[+] DANN wilson on HIX v. AVCO FINANCIAL SERVICES OF OHIO, INC.
I worked for this co. In the 1970's and their collection tactics were horrible, my supervisor told me , I don't care what you have to do just get the number of delinquencies down to a respectable number. Harassing phone calls, etc.

this is my uncle and i havent seen him in years! Would like to!!
[+] L.S. on FERRI v. BERKOWITZ
I have no doubt in my mind that Mr. Berkowitz is capable of doing what he's been accused of. I had the misfortune of lending him money that I never received back. He took me for all I had at the time (as a single parent). A difficult life lesson was learned. I hope, one day, he get what he deserves.
