On May 13, 2011, Jennifer Yerger ("Yerger" or "plaintiff") filed suit on behalf of herself and all other similarly situated and consenting persons against Liberty Mutual Group, Inc. ("Liberty Mutual" or "defendant"). Compl. [D.E. 2]. Yerger alleges that Liberty Mutual failed to pay overtime wages in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and seeks reimbursement for unpaid overtime.
