Willis appeals from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (Board) decision dismissing her fraud and misrepresentation of source claims and granting summary judgment that Can't Stop Productions, Inc. (Appellee) did not abandon its marks and that the marks are not generic. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
