OPINION AND ORDER

ANNA J. BROWN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Marcel Roy Bendshadler's Motion (#135) for New Trial and Motion (#413) for Judgment of Acquittal. The Court concludes the record is sufficiently developed, and, therefore, oral argument would not be helpful in resolving these Motions. For the reasons that follow, the Court DENIES Defendant's Motions.
