¶ 1 Randy Jensen requested approval from his neighborhood association, Lake Jane Estates (LJE), to subdivide property within the neighborhood plat. LJE denied his request and he filed suit. After a bench trial, the trial court found in favor of LJE. Jensen now appeals, challenging the authority of LJE to make subdivision decisions and asserting that it acted in bad faith in denying his request. We affirm.
