PER CURIAM.

We have received a document entitled "Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus" in this death-penalty case. We conclude that this document is not, in fact, an "application for writ of habeas corpus" under Article 11.071 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. We therefore appoint new counsel, and set a new filing date pursuant to Article 11.071, § 4A(b)(3).1
