Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority ("WMATA"), appellant, appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County which affirmed the ruling of the Workers' Compensation Commission that an injury to the right leg of Jan Williams, appellee, was causally related to the prior injury to his left leg, and therefore covered by workers' compensation benefits.
