In the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County, a jury convicted Jody Lee Miles, appellant, of first-degree felony murder and related offenses, including robbery with a deadly weapon and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. That jury thereafter sentenced appellant to death. In Miles v. State, 365 Md. 488, 781 A.2d 787 (2001), this Court affirmed appellant's convictions...
