In this workers' compensation case, the employer appeals the Workers' Compensation Judge's (WCJ) award of indemnity benefits and medical expenses. The employee appeals the WCJ's denial of penalties and attorney fees. She also asks for an award of attorney fees for work done on appeal. For the following reasons, we affirm.
