This matter is before this court on appeal by the defendant, the Presbytery of South Louisiana (hereinafter referred to as "the Presbytery"), from a judgment in a suit for declaratory judgment and permanent injunction rendered in favor of plaintiff, Carrollton Presbyterian Church (hereinafter referred to as "Carrollton"), and from an order of contempt.
