Morton Berger was found to be in possession of child pornography in June 2002. On January 30, 2003, a state court jury convicted him on 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in violation of A.R.S. § 13-3553. Because the victims were under 15 years of age, Berger's offenses constituted dangerous crimes against children and he was sentenced to 20 consecutive 10-year prison terms as mandated by A.R.S. §...
