After Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (Deutsche Bank) brought a foreclosure action against the home owned by appellants Mark Stanley Miller and Jamileh Miller and obtained an Order Authorizing Sale (OAS) from a Colorado court, the Millers filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition.
