An Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") found that Jeannine Tumminaro had been disabled by chronic back pain but after four years showed "medical improvement" and returned to full-time work. A period of disability ends if the claimant shows medical improvement or engages in substantial gainful activity, but Tumminaro argues that the ALJ's finding of medical improvement is not supported by substantial evidence...
