Bill Norkunas, who suffers from post-polio syndrome, brought an action under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181-12189 against Seahorse NB, LLC ("Seahorse"), alleging the existence of barriers at its property, the Seahorse Oceanfront Inn ("the Seahorse Inn"). The Seahorse Inn was built in the 1950s prior to the enactment of the ADA, and Seahorse constructed a non-accessible walkway...
