Ricardo Garcia-Vargas appeals his conviction and sentence for illegal reentry in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). He was sentenced to 37 months of imprisonment and three years of supervised release. Garcia-Vargas has failed to carry his burden of showing any reversible plain error based on the three issues he raises in this appeal. See United States v. Sandlin, 589 F.3d 749
