INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Bioquest Venture Leasing Company-A, N.V. (Bioquest) appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants VivoRx Autoimmune, Inc. (VivoRx) and Abraxis Bioscience, Inc. (Abraxis) and a post-judgment order awarding defendants their attorney's fees. We affirm.
