Defendant and appellant Shalom Wieder appeals from a judgment following an order granting the petition of plaintiff and respondent Ouri Shifman to confirm an arbitration award. We find no basis to vacate the arbitration award. Contrary to appellant's assertions, the arbitrators did not exceed their powers in resolving his claim. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment.
