OPINION

MESSITTE, District Judge.

Willis Mark Haynes, pro se, has filed a Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence By A Person in Federal Custody. No hearing is necessary to dispose of the matter. See Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.2001). Having considered the Motion, the Government's Opposition and Haynes' Reply, the Court DENIES the Motion.
