This is an appeal from an en banc decision of the Commonwealth Court which sustained appellees' (the Commonwealth's) preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer and dismissed appellants' Complaint in Equity seeking to enjoin the Commonwealth from maintaining a database of handgun sales.
