Phillip B. Sanders, Michelle Sanders, Robert C. Sanders and Toni Sanders ("Phillip" and "Robert", collectively "Sanders") brought an action against Allstate Insurance Co. ("Allstate") seeking recovery of underinsurance benefits under their Allstate policy. Pursuant to Ind.Appellate Rule 4(B)(6), Allstate brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of its motion for judgment on the pleadings.
