Stephen Sipes and Brenda Keller, husband and wife (Sipes/Keller) appeal the trial court's decision to reform a 1982 deed and relocate an access easement referred to in the deed. The trial court partly based its decision on abandonment in favor of John and Connie Bangert (the Bangerts) and Jerrard Alcock and his wife, Patricia Evans (Alcock/Evans).
