Appellants, Richard M. Owen and Marsha Long Owen ("the Owens"), appeal the trial court's dismissal of their tort claims against appellee, Option One Mortgage Corporation, a/k/a Sand Canyon Corporation ("Option One"), and they also appeal the trial court's award of an injunction bond to Option One.
