{¶ 1} George L. Brackney appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, which held that certain assets held in a joint and survivorship account with his father at his father's death would be included in the father's probate estate. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court will be affirmed.
